Notes on Rental Prices
Prices shown are for one week. A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure a booking. Then the balance plus £100 damage/key deposit to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. The damage/key deposit will be returned, within one week, subject to satisfactory inspection of the apartment. The rental rates also include towels, bedding and cleaning after departure. Change over day is flexible dependant on booking and availability. Keys will be given on arrival at the property.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations of bookings must be in writing by email/post. If cancellation is more than 8 weeks before your arrival date then the deposit only will be forfeited. If cancellation is less than 8 weeks before departure, the following payment refunds apply.
6 - 8 weeks before arrival date 50% of total payment returned
(deposit non-refundable)
4 - 6 weeks before arrival date 25% of total payment returned
(deposit non-refundable)
0 - 4 weeks before arrival date - NO REFUND.

We can collect, upto 6 people plus luggage, from Alicante or Murcia Airport for a charge of €40 - €50. Flight details and times of arrival will be required. Car hire is available on request.
